Speech therapy SEO pricing for private practices and groups

Speech therapy SEO pricing here is a short list of monthly plans with the numbers shown in full. Organic Growth comes in three tiers, scaled by how many landing pages and Strategic Content Assets we build for you. Paid Ads come in three tiers, scaled by how many platforms we manage.

One invoice covers our work. There is no startup fee, no lock-in and no minimum, and the media budget for ads sits outside every price you see below.

Organic Growth tiers for the practice that wants to be found

Silver works around a website you already have. The upper two tiers carry a website that we build and manage, and a practice that already has a site can switch that part off on the cards below.
  • Silver

    $1,495/month

The tier for a practice that already has a website it likes and wants the search work built around it.

    • 25 landing pages, one for each inquiry type worth its own page
    • 4 Strategic Content Assets written for you each month
    • Google Business Profile upkeep: hours, categories, photos and posts
    • Review requests set up and replies drafted for your sign-off
    • No website work here: yours stays as it is
  • Platinum

    $3,495/month

The tier for a group practice with several clinicians, several locations or a long list of services to give pages to.

    • 100 landing pages, enough for each clinician, location and service line
    • 12 Strategic Content Assets written for you each month
    • A website built and managed by us, with pages added as the practice growsLeft out of this price
    • Google Business Profile upkeep for every location you run
    • Review requests and drafted replies for each location, with the page list extended as the practice adds services

Ad spend is paid by you to the platforms and sits on top of every price on this page; we never touch the budget.

Paid Ads tiers for the practice that wants a card turned today

Pick one, two or three platforms. The tier covers our management; the ad budget is separate and goes straight from you to the platform.
  • One ad platform

    $895/month

A single platform, set up and tended well.

    • Whichever single platform suits the practice: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Ad copy written and refreshed for you every month
    • Call and form tracking running from the first click
    • A weekly sweep that screens out searches from job hunters and students
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/month

The full set: Google, Bing and Meta, managed as one plan.

    • Google Ads for search, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) for its audience, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for social
    • Separate ad copy and audiences for each platform
    • Call and form tracking running from the first click
    • One monthly read that shows how the three divide the work

Ad spend is paid by you to the platforms and sits on top of every price on this page; we never touch the budget.

What moves a price up or down

Four things set where a practice lands, and you can see each of them on a card. The first is the count of landing pages: Silver carries 25, Gold 50 and Platinum 100. A solo clinician with one location and a few kinds of inquiry rarely needs more than the first. A group with several clinicians and several doors may want the last.

The second is the monthly count of Strategic Content Assets, which rises from 4 to 8 to 12 with the tier. The third is the website: Silver leaves yours as it is, while Gold and Platinum include a website we build and run. The fourth, for ads, is the number of platforms under one plan.

Silver sits at $1,495, Gold at $2,495 and Platinum at $3,495 a month. Paid ads on one, two or three platforms are $895, $1,595 and $2,295 a month. Nothing else is added: no startup fee, no paperwork to countersign, and no cut taken from your ad budget.

If you already have a website you like, the Gold and Platinum cards carry a switch that leaves the new-site work out of the price. Use it, and the card shows what the plan costs without that part.

When your caseload changes, the tier can change with it. A practice that opens a second location may move up; one that is fully booked may step back to Silver and let the pages carry the weight. Neither move needs a negotiation.

Two practices of the same size can land on different tiers, because the price follows the work and not the headcount. A solo clinician who runs telehealth across a wide area may want a page for each community, and a small group may want a page for each clinician. The page map we draw with you, before the first invoice, is what tells you whether Silver is enough.

Whichever tier you start on, the first month is spent on the page map and on cleaning up the places people already find you, and the plan is read again each month against your open slots.

Questions about the bill from a practice owner

Does anything have to be paid up front before the first page or campaign for my practice?

No. The first invoice is the first month of the plan you chose, and we begin the work from there. Nothing has to be countersigned.

Who pays the platforms when my waitlist ads are running?

You do. Ad accounts belong to the practice, and the budget moves from you to Google, Bing or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) directly. Our monthly price covers our management only.

Can a practice with a website switch off the new-site part of Gold or Platinum?

Yes. The cards on this page carry a switch for a practice that already has a site. Flip it and the price on the card leaves out the new website.

What happens to the plan when my weekly slots fill up?

Tell us and we pause or narrow the ads, and the pages can point to your waitlist. You can also move to a lower tier, since nothing locks you to the one you started on.

Do your prices say anything about insurance or what a clinician charges?

No. These prices are for marketing work only. What your practice charges, and how it answers questions about insurance and private pay, stays with you.

Can a group practice with several clinicians and locations stay on Silver?

It can, if 25 landing pages cover its kinds of inquiry. A group that wants a page for each clinician and each door usually outgrows it, and Gold or Platinum fits better.

Tell us which weekly slots are open and which referrals you would like more of

Describe your caseload in your own words: the services you want to grow, the days that stay light, a waitlist you would rather shorten. Someone reads it, writes back, and a month later one invoice arrives for the work.
